Dex-Trade is a centralized exchange platform designed for crypto trading. According to the information on its official website, it was founded in 2017 and registered in Belize, though third-party resources mention other dates and places of registration. The platform offers its services in 7 languages: English, Russian, Turkish, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and Hindi. The support is provided 24/7 while users can always download a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices.
Dex-Trade supports over 200 trading pairs while the team constantly works on adding new coins. Spot trading is a basic platform service, though its users can take advantage of another interesting feature as well which is demo trading designed for both beginners and more experienced traders. In particular, it gives newbies an opportunity to learn how to trade without risking their funds. At the same time, professionals can test their trading strategies and perfect the tactics.
Margin Trading is not available at the time of writing, though it has been announced on the platform with no exact ETA. Besides, staking is available as the Beta version with the coin Qtum (QTUM) being the only asset that can be staked.
Dex-Trade deposits and withdrawals
The exchange does not accept fiat money deposits, which means that it is impossible to buy crypto with a debit or credit card. Users should already have crypto in their wallets to start trading there. The positive aspect is that there are no minimum or maximum deposit amounts, though. The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.0005 BTC while maximum withdrawals are unlimited.
Dex-Trade referral program
Dex-Trade has a 3-level referral program for users who want to make passive income and agree to invite their friends to join the service. Any registered user can take part in this program by default. Each referral level has its own reward. Thus, 15% is paid for the first level, 10% for the second, and 5% for the third. The number of referees that one can invite is unlimited.
Fees
The platform imposes three types of fees that are common for cryptocurrency exchanges: trading, deposit, and withdrawal fees. Trading fees are charged as follows: makers should pay 0.1% while takers need to pay 0.2%. Deposit and withdrawal fees depend on the chosen asset and are calculated by the formula: fixed fee plus a percentage of the amount. Thus, to withdraw BTC, one should pay 0.0005 BTC which is close to the market average.
Listing on Dex-Trade
Those projects that want their coins to be listed on the platform should select one of three listing packages: Basic, Optimal, and Professional.
In addition to listing on the Dex-Trade website, Basic packaging provides one trading pair, announcements on social media, and support 24/7. Optimal packaging has more options as project owners can enjoy fee-free accounts for MarketMakers (accounts have no fee during 3 months), three trading pairs, access to an IEO launchpad, airdrops, and trading competitions alongside basic options. With Professional packaging, the volume support and liquidity services are added on top of the options listed above.
IEO launchpad
Dex-Trade offers an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) launch area for crypto projects. With its help, it is possible to buy fresh new coins and tokens before they open their trades. Also, users can buy coins and tokens at a discounted price compared to the open trading price, and get bonuses from some projects.
Dex-Trade exchange features
To attract more users, the Dex-Trade exchange offers a number of interesting features that are beyond traditional trading and services. These are Free Coins, games, and trading tournaments.
Free Coins is a service that offers a chance to get various coins for free. Several coins are offered from time to time, though the list is not fixed as it may change at any time. Users should take some actions according to the instruction to receive them. It is also worth noting that the daily amount of coins that one may get is limited.
Dex-Trade has launched four PTE (Play-to-Earn) games on the platform: Flip Flop, Predictor, Scissors Paper Rock, and Keno. This is another opportunity for users not only to have fun but earn some tokens to exchange for other coins. These games are also intended to allow newcomers to get their first experience interacting with cryptocurrencies in an entertaining manner.
Sometimes the exchange conducts trading tournaments where users with real accounts can participate. According to the rules, one coin is chosen for such an event while the highest trade volume rates with this coin are calculated by the end of the contest. The prize pool can reach several thousand of USD while it is allocated among 10 to 20 winners. These coins can be used for trading or be withdrawn without any additional conditions. This is a good opportunity not only to compare your trading strategy with the strategies of other participants but also to get a well-deserved prize.
Dex-Trade Coin
Dex-Trade Coin (DXC) is a native coin of the project. It was launched with a limited supply of 21 million coins on January 21, 2021. According to the official statements, DXC will never be given out for free or as a reward.
DXC holders receive preferential access to new listings, conversion of illiquid small assets into a liquid token, promotion, participation in the distribution of dividends, quests and quizzes with a tangible prize fund, benefits in the referral program, participation in a private club, and the right to vote. The asset is traded on the Dex-Trade Exchange only.
Dex-Trade security
To help its users protect their funds more efficiently, Dex-Trade has implemented a number of measures such as KYC (Know-Your-Customer) procedure, and multi-factor authentication. In addition, the platform has an ever-going bounty program designed to reward those who discover any vulnerabilities and report them. At the time of writing, the platform hasn’t experienced any successful jacking attempts.
